Refund policy

Every purchase is final. If you are under 18 years old, please consult your guardian before making a purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted if the company was at fault. In case you have any inquiries, kindly email us on info@rittytacsum.com

Missing or delayed refunds (if applicable)
Check your bank account one more first if you haven't gotten a refund yet.
Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.

Please email us at info@rittytacsum.com if you've done all of this and you still have not gotten your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items are only replaced if they are broken or lost in transit. Send us an email at info@rittytacsum.com within 15 days of receiving the damaged product with pictures of the damaged shipment so we can investigate with our shipping partner if you need to swap it for the same item.

Shipping expenses for returning the goods are your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund once accepted.

The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to get to you depends on where you reside.

When delivering an item costing more than €100, you should think about choosing a trackable delivery service. We do not guarantee that your shipped item will be received and we do not take any responsibility for items shipped by customers. 


To start a return, you can contact us at info@rittytacsum.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Ritty Tacsum without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
